Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original condition as received, with all original tags and labels attached. We may refuse your return request if we deem your returned item to be tampered, altered or physically changed from its original state.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at jansjewelrygallery@gmail.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in the original packaging and mail your return to the following address:
